Cole Michael Platfoot
Cole Michael Platfoot, infant son of Thomas and Holly (Cole) Platfoot of Botkins, Ohio, died shortly after birth on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Janel Platfoot, at home; Maternal grandparents, James and Shirley (Cattey) Cole of Crestline; Maternal great grandmother, Mae (Jenkins) Cattey of Shelby; Paternal grandparents, Fred and Judy (Schlenker) Platfoot of Wapakoneta; Paternal great grandparents, Hazel Platfoot and Carl Schlenker both of Wapakoneta; Aunts and Uncles, Heather Burge of Crestline, Melissa and Jeremy Bloomfield of Crestline, and Lorie and Jason Henline of Spencerville. Cole was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Dan and Isabelle Cole, James Cattey, Stanley Platfoot, and Mildred Schlenker.
Private family services will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in the Shelby Settlement with Father Nick Cunningham officiating. Burial will be in Biddle Cemetery in Crestline.
