I am so sorry!!! Even though I didn’t know him well, he always made me feel as though I did. You two always seemed to have so much fun together. You knew how to laugh and have a great time. That’s what I remember about him. Hang on to those memories. I know you will miss him terribly and I feel deeply saddened for you. Please pass on my sympathies to Curt and the rest of your family.

Carol, Carrie, Jenny, Curt and Sam,
I am sorry for your loss. I have been thinking about you all. Dealing with a sudden loss will be difficult. I just wanted you all to know that I got to talk to Skip at Home Depo and more recently at Cornell’s. We had some pretty long conversations because I was getting updates on all of you. He was very very proud of all of you. It was obvious that he thought a lot of all of you and was happy that you were happy in your lives. He will be missed.

Carol, Sam, Carrie, Jen & Kurt,
I had the privilege of calling Skip my friend and over the years I could always count on him to put a smile on my face no matter what was going on. I always looked foward to seeing him during my trips back to Shelby and the emails he would send just to say hello. I’ll always cherish our trip to Tempe for the 2002 National Championship game. Those moments and so many more will keep his memory alive in my heart always. May each of you find comfort in the memories of such a wonderful and loving man.
