Charlotte M. “Lottie” Duff, age 96, formerly of Shelby, died Tuesday afternoon, April 9, 1996, at Liberty Manor in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

She was born June 26, 1899 in Buffalo, New York the daughter of Gustav and Louise (Wagner) Bandush.

Mrs. Duff along with her husband owned and operated Duff’s Shoe Store in Shelby. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Shelby.

She is survived by 1 son and daughter-in-law, Roy A. and Margaret Duff, Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colorado; 1 granddaughter, Sandra Ensman of Monument, Colorado; and 3 great granddaughters, Kristina, Karina, and Kathryn Ensman all of Monument, Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy A. Duff, Sr. in 1967, and by 1 brother, Gustav Bandush and 2 sisters, Clara Lucas and Annie Hill.

Calling hours will be on Wednesday, April 17, 1996, from 12:00 p.m until the time of the funeral service which will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, with Rev. D. Evan Houck officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
