Judy and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Cecil. He was one of my favorite people to care. He was always smiling and asking how my children and family were doing. I was able to spend many days with him just talking. Know that he loved you all so much. He spoke of the grandkids so often and always smiled when talking about them. He will be missed greatly but we are rejoicing as he has reached his home and we have been given another angel to watch over us. Much love to you all!
