Bonnie G. (Barnhart) Ginter

Bonnie G. Ginter, age 79, of Shelby, died Wednesday, April 08, 2009 at her home.
She was born April 19, 1929 in Shelby the daughter of the late Merrill and Myrtle A. (Molder) Barnhart. Bonnie was a former employee of Bowsher’s Bakery in Shelby and had owned Ginter’s Truck Stop on Broadway in Shelby. She enjoyed traveling, sewing and gardening.
Bonnie is survived by her children: Dale and Sandy Ginter, Dora and Ronald Carey and Diane and James Wheeler all of Shelby; 4 grandchildren: Rebecca (Marty) Bowen, Angela (Aaron) Mast, Nicole (Casey) Ebersole, Tami (Chris) Wiggins; 5 great grandchildren; a brother: Tom (Verda) Barnhart of Iron City, Michigan; 2 sisters: Rhea Belle Hartman of Shelby and Ardelle (Floyd) Rietveld of Dayton: 2 sisters-in-law: Mildred Barnhart and Barbara Barnhart both of Shelby. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior E. Ginter on August 6, 1999, 3 brothers, John Barnhart, Henry M. Barnhart and Merrill Junior Barnhart, a sister, Loella Weddell and a brother-in-law, Russel Hartman.
Friends may call on Monday, April 13, 2009 from 6-8 PM at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby and on Tuesday, from 10-11 AM at the funeral home where funeral services will be held at 11 AM with Rev.
