Blanche Elaine (Sidle) Knight

Blanche Elaine Knight, age 86, formerly of 17 West End Blvd., Shelby, died Thursday, January 20, 2000 at the Heritage Care Center in Shelby.

She was born March 14, 1913 in Wooster, Ohio, the daughter of Lloyd Wilson and Pearl Harriet (VanNest) Sidle. Mrs. Knight was a former employee of Shelby Metal Products company from
1932-1959. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Wooster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sharon L. “Jack” Knight in 1978, and by 2 sisters, Mildred Kaler and Eleanor Kilgore.

Calling hours will be on Saturday, January 22, 2000, from 11:00 AM until noon at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby. Graveside services will be held on on Saturday at 1:00 PM at Wooster Cemetery in Wooster, Ohio.
