Beulah E. (Blosser) Zink
Beulah E. Zink, age 90, of 47 Second Street in Shelby, died early Wednesday morning in Shelby Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. She was born February 15, 1903 in Putnam County, Ohio.
Mrs. Zink was a homemaker and a member of the First Lutheran Church in Shelby. She was a graduate of Plymouth High School.
Mrs. Zink is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne and William Contich of Marathon, Florida; 2 grandsons: Dr. Francis Lux, Jr. of Loomis, California and Steven Lux of Tallahassee, Florida; 3 great grandaughters; 1 brother, Charles Blosser of Shelby; and 1 sister Beatrice Tullis of Shelby.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Edson Blosser, and her mother Florence (Stauffer) Blosser Yohn; by her husband Alton F. Zink in 1983; and a son Alton F. Zink , Jr. in 1945.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m.at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby, with Rev. Gary Adkins, officiating. Calling hours will be one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby.
