Betty Jean Clark

Betty Jean Clark, age 75, formerly of 38 Park Village, Shelby, died Friday, June 21, 2002 at the Heritage Care Center.

She was born April 3, 1927 in Shelby the daughter of the late Delbert P. and Gertrude M. (Coffey) Clark. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Betty is survived by a sister and 2 brothers-in-law: Kathleen and Paul Hartz of Shelby and Joseph Bayer of Mansfield; 3 brothers and 3 sisters-in-law: Kenneth Clark of Shelby, David and Juanita Clark of Bradenton, FL, Gerald and Jean Clark of Fremont, and Edith Clark of Shelby. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Dorothy Clark and Rachel Bayer, a brother, John Clark, and a sister-in-law, Melba Clark.

Calling hours will be on Sunday, June 23, 2002 from 2-4 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Lester Champer officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby. Memorial expressions may be made to First Church of the Nazarene.
