Anna Marie (Rieber) Cole

Anna Marie Cole, age 70, of 72 Walnut Street, Shelby, and formerly of Wickenburg, Arizona, died Friday evening at the home of her son. She was born April 21, 1923 in Kent, Minnesota, the daughter of Joseph and Ethel (Willard) Rieber.

Mrs. Cole was a homemaker and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Wickenburg, Arizona.

She is survived by 3 sons and daughters-in-law: Ollie and Wanda Cole of Shelby, Dale and Jeannie Cole of Toledo, and Charles and Debbie Cole of Mesa City, Arizona; 2 daughters and sons-in-law: Kay and Ron Dearth of Belpre, Ohio and Patricia and James Moyer of Fairborn, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers: Leroy Rieber of Iowa, Albert Rieber of Minnesota, LaVern Voss of Minnesota; 2 sisters: Dorothy Birch of Iowa and Agnes Jandro of Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Cole in 1985, 2 grandchildren, 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Calling hours will be on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby and Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the Burcham Funeral Home, 119 East Main Street, Fairborn, Ohio. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in Fairborn with the Rev. Robert Marine officiating. Burial wili be in Forest Hills Cemetery in Vandalia, Ohio.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Richland County Hospice and left in care of the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby.
