Alberta M. (Lux) Fullager
Alberta M. Fullager, age 72, of 150 Mansfield Avenue, Shelby, died at 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning at the Mansfield General Hospital after a short illness. She was born July 25, 1914 in North Auburn the daughter of Frank and Amelia (Karl) Lux.
Mrs. Fullager is survived by her husband, Raymond H. Fullager, whom she married on January 25, 1947; 1 daughter: Mrs. Stan (Ruth) Cronenwett, of Shelby; 2 grandchildren; 1 sister: Mrs. Walter (Margaret) Moore of Shelby; 5 brothers: Albert, Herbert, and Franklin Lux, all of Shelby; Bernard Lux of Clearwater, FL; and Francis Lux of Newark,Ohio.
She was preceded in death by 1 grandson and 1 brother.
Mrs. Fullager is a retired 44-year employee of the former Shelby Salesbook Co. and a member of the Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church with her pastor the Rev. Bernard Kokocinski, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends may call on Friday from 6-9 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home. A Christian wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association and left at the funeral home.
