Alan E. Cline
Alan E. Cline, age 51, of 978 Donnawood Drive, Mansfield, died early Wednesday morning, November 12, 2003 at Med Central Mansfield Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack at home.
He was born March 20, 1952 in Willard, Ohio and was a 1970 graduate of Crestview High School. Al was an employee of Mansfield Furbay Electric and attended Trinity United Methodist Church in Mansfield. He enjoyed riding his Harley, traveling, and working outdoors.
Al is survived by his wife, Lola L. (Clabaugh) Cline, whom he wed on April 6, 1974; 2 daughters and spouse, Casey and Nicholas Heim of Los Angeles, CA and Addie Cline at home; his mother, Betty (Taylor) Cline Coffey of Marathon, FL; a sister and spouse, Linda and Mark Imhoff of Ashland; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jana and Timothy Sampson of Tomball, TX and Viki and Bob Deruy of Shelby; Nieces and nephews, Sheri and Paul Gross and their children, Kalvin and Keaton, Shannon Imhoff, Shane Sampson, Sarah Sampson, Cari Deruy and Keli Deruy. He was preceded in death by his father Paul F. Cline in 1976 , his step father, Ernie Coffey in 1996 and his wife’s parents, Ira and Donna Clabaugh.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 15, 2003 from 9:00-11:00 AM at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, where services will be held at 11:00 AM with Rev. David Carter, Pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church in Shelby, officiating.
